We're still here!

I know it's been a little quiet around here...well it's been a crazy few months, Ellie started school and I been working on my main website!!! Where did all that time go? It's jut passing by... sure miss having Ellie around on my days off, kinda dull without her! I will start posting here more when I have finished my main site, promise ;)

So a few images, bit of a mixed bag, taken over the last few months, most with my D700 and Sigma 85mm lens :) A bit lazy but most are unedited, I'll revisit some at a later stage!

The Potstop

We recently visited the Potstop in Knebworth for some painting fun, great place with lots of different types of pottery to paint, plates, cups, ornaments, pretty much anything! Great fun for Ellie and they make good coffee too!!

Its been too long!

Blimey where has the time gone? And you may be wondering where have we been?! Well its been a busy month or so, lots of work, days out, birthdays, christenings... the list goes on! Not to mention the new website! More on that in a mo!

You should see my stack of photos to edit!

So I'm making a few changes around here, you see this blog started as a way of me sharing my adventures through photography, lots of pics of Ellie and just stuff we got up to, and over time things have changed. It's a mix of my own stuff, client sessions and weddings, I've wanted to separate this for a while and now I have. So... we now have Matt Heath Photography as my professional site, its still developing and I'll be tweaking and adding over the coming weeks, take a look around, bookmark it, share it or ignore it, I won't hold a grudge :)

This blog will now revert to my own space, back to just me and Ellie and our ventures! It will take on a new look too over the next few weeks, but for now here are some pics from a visit back in June to the pony sanctuary.

Glen and Kay's Wedding at St Mary's Old Harlow

On saturday I photographed the wedding of Glen and Kay at St Mary's church Old Harlow, the same church I myself was married in less than a year ago although has since undergone a major restoration! The weather stayed mostly dry and made way for a fantastic day! Now... I know Glen as a friend and having met Kay a few times I knew the day would be colourful... it really was a day full of laughter as friends and family got together to celebrate their wedding day. I wish you both the best of luck for the future... now on to some pictures...































Only at Glen and Kays wedding.. the vicar drops the rings.. the funny thing is, if this was last year before the refurb, the rings would have fallen down the metal grate floor!



All was well and with a round of applause, the rings were found!
